SENIOR SOFTWARE ENGINEER

Job duties

• Developing design concepts, writing detailed program code, and testing with multiple programming languages that include Java, C++, JSME and BREW on platforms such as Windows, UNIX and Linux;
• Analyzing and implementing client projects with well-defined system requirements and recommendations;
• Consulting, training and coordinating with client executives, financial professionals, and information technology consultants to achieve project goals;
• Using principles of object-oriented technology to develop a suite of database access for new platforms; and
• Responsible for daily production support to clients via telephone, modem, and on-site troubleshooting.

Requirements

1. Master’s degree in Computer Science or related field with 4 years experience related to the job duties as listed above;
2. Must have experience with Motorola cellular phone devices and Java Virtual Machines.
